Our Code of Conduct reflects our values, and they apply to each employee and define how we work with customers, suppliers, and with each other;

     *  Act in the best interest of Masterminders and our clients; they are the same

     *  Avoid conflicts of interest, if in doubt, they probably exist

     *  Protect the company's assets and reputation, and that of our employees, and our customers

     *  Threat each person fairly 

We encourage anyone (including employees, contractors, suppliers, distributors, and customers) to report in good faith any issues or concerns about potential ethical, legal, or regulatory violations, including improper or unethical business practices such as fraud or bribery. We believe in respecting the human rights of every person and reinforce the issues of diversity, non-discrimination, workplace safety, elimination of child labor, forced labor (except in rehabilitation centers), and human trafficking.  Our goal is to have a safe and respectful work environment where the company and its employees can strive, feel safe innovating and being creative, as well as discussing issues at any level without fear of retaliation.

Masterminders, as a corporation, does not support political contributions.  However, we encourage the political participation of all of their employees, disregarding of association of parties or political associations.  A democratic process strengthen us as a company and as a nation.  Due diligence must be exercise to avoid conflict of interest when representing the company, versus representing our individual inclinations and opinions.

We attempt to design and manufacture the most advanced and sophisticated products to not only enjoy our environment and outdoors, but also to sustain and preserve it.  We also attempt to require this values of our suppliers and strive to use recyclable materials when available and careful management of water, energy, emissions, and resource conservation.
