MASTERMINDERS GROUP HISTORY
Masterminders Group was founded in Temple, Texas in 1997 and
soon became a recognized leader in web design and web hosting
among the real estate companies in the area.
Ric and his family moved to Arlington in 2000 and
re-launched the company as a Strategic Management consulting
firm. Over the years, Masterminders has evolved
into a technology and marketing consulting company specializing
in virtual teams and hypercompetitive environments.
In 2008, Masterminders expanded its participation into the
security arena by becoming a partner with VARsecure Inc. and has
become a distributor for high-technology products. From
consulting to operations, Masterminders is recognized for its
organization, best business practices, and dedication to
